At JED IT and Teleservice we have been extremely concerned with 3CX. A stable phone system that offers a lot of good things. Over the years, we have listened to our customers and gathered a number of sought-after and desired features. Features that have not yet been an integral part of the 3CX phone system. That’s why we sat down and laid out a plan for how we could meet the needs of 3CX users for even greater insight into their telephony use. The mission was ready, and after many hours of targeted planning, programming, and testing, we can now finally proudly present our 3CX add-on: JEDWare.
JEDWare: Convert your raw 3CX data to beautiful charts and reports
With our proprietary 3CX add-on, JEDWare, your company has the opportunity to optimize its use of the 3CX phone system. We have assembled a number of features that allow you to dig even deeper into your statistics on your phone usage.
JEDWare makes it easy to observe and analyze your use of 3CX, so you have the ability to execute accordingly. JEDWare is designed to give you back to everyday life. Whether you’re looking for a 3CX custom wallboard or need to see your call statistics in numbers, we’ve put the solution together in one app. Of course, in a beautiful and user-friendly design, where you keep your eye on the map with easy-to-use graphs and charts.
Our 3CX add-on JEDWare comes as a unified solution that includes all our features in one app, at a fixed low price that you can choose to pay either monthly or annually.
Reports and Charts
Get an even bigger and better overview of your statistics. Both for individual employees, groups, and created queues. You also have the option to search specifically for extension numbers and queues that you can view and compare your own custom statistics. Of course, it’s all shown in great graphs and charts, which results in a manageable and easy user experience. With call flow, you can follow the path of your incoming and outgoing calls through users and queues. Here you will find out who has been talking to whom and how long they have been sitting in a particular queue. A nice tool to have that can benefit every company’s service level and customer experience.
With our 3CX add-on, you no longer have to worry about SPAM calls that can bother your daily workflow. JEDWare Block Numbers makes it easy to block unwanted phone numbers for a specific time period. Then you have many calls from the same phone numbers, you can quickly and easily block the unwanted number for a few hours, days or permanently. If you choose to block a phone number for a few hours, don’t even think about remembering to unblock it again. JEDWare does that for you.
Finally, it is possible to livetrack your call queues and agents in real-time, directly on your wallboard. JEDWare Live Wallboard tracks your employees’ status so you can always see who’s on your phone, who’s already in a call, who’s out of the house and who’s taking a break. You can even create your own custom statuses, as well as choose from different icons that appear.
JEDWare comes as a starting point with 3 different 3CX custom wallboard designs. Then you can choose which wallboard best suits your business needs. Choose from ‘Multiple queues with agents’, ‘Single queue’ or ‘Multiple queues with but single agent’.
Now you can record and replace prompts as you please, no matter where you are. With a few clicks, the JEDWare app allows you to record new prompts for your queues and IVR, or you can replace with pre-existing prompts.
Don’t miss important calls when the lines are busy. With JEDWare, you can make sure that the queue is always monitored. Choose easily and quickly who to be queue watcher so that calls won’t be lost if everyone else is logged out of the queue. The extension is automatically reported to the queue if all other employees are logged out. Likewise, the extension is posted out of the queue if the employees in the given queue are available to receive and answer calls.
If you have access to your 3CX server, it is super easy to install our 3CX add-on. It is not necessary to purchase either additional software or hardware to get the JEDWare integration up and running on your 3CX server. We are responsible for the JEDWare integration retrieving information from your 3CX server quickly and securely.
